Directions
- 1Toast canela sticks, piloncillo pucks, star anise, cloves, allspice, and vanilla in a dry pot.
- 2Add 3 cups of water and cook down.
- 3Strain the syrup into a container.
- 4Fill a cup with ice, pour in a portion of the prepared syrup, then fill with your favorite milk.
- 5In a separate cup, combine 1 tbsp instant coffee and a splash of the cafe de olla syrup, then froth using a handheld frother.
- 6Pour the frothed coffee mixture over the iced milk and syrup drink, stir, and serve.
