Directions
- 1Add 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk to a large mixing bowl.
- 2Add 1 and 1/3 cup of ice-cold water to the sweetened condensed milk.
- 3Combine both ingredients using a stand or hand mixer until the mixture becomes a little bit foamy.
- 4Add one 5oz box of instant vanilla pudding mix to the bowl.
- 5Continue mixing using the electric mixer to ensure everything is fully combined.
- 6Give it a quick mix and cover with saran wrap, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- 7In a separate mixing bowl, add 3 cups of heavy whipping cream.
- 8Using a hand mixer on high speed, mix the heavy whipping cream until it thickens up and stiff peaks form.
- 9Refrigerate the whipped cream for about 15 minutes.
- 10Peel and slice bananas thinly.
- 11Break down Nilla Wafers into smaller pieces.
- 12Add about half of the vanilla pudding mix into the whipped cream and mix really well.
- 13Add the remaining pudding and mix both components until they are well combined.
- 14Add some vanilla pudding at the base of each cup.
- 15Follow with some slices of bananas directly on top of the pudding.
- 16Add the broken Nilla Wafers directly over the pudding.
- 17Continue layering with the rest of the ingredients until you reach the top of the cup.
- 18Add a little bit more vanilla pudding on top with some Nilla Wafers for the final layer.
- 19Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the cookies to soften.
