Directions
- 1Start by browning the butter over low heat until it turns a golden brown color.
- 2Add the brown butter to a bowl with 3/4 of a cup of cocoa and whisk to bloom the cocoa.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs with 1 3/4 cup of light brown sugar.
- 4Whisk the egg and sugar mixture until it's super fluffy and you can barely feel any sugar granules between your fingers.
- 5Add the chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture.
- 6Mix until combined.
- 7Add 3/4 cup of flour, some vanilla, and some salt to the mixture.
- 8Mix until just combined.
- 9Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
- 10Mix to combine the chocolate chips with the batter.
- 11Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
- 12Place the pan in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 13Once baked, cut the brownies into squares.
