Directions
- 1Puree very ripe strawberries and remove seeds.
- 2Bloom the gelatin powder in strawberry puree.
- 3Warm the cream and add the strawberry puree.
- 4Add the gelatin mixture to the cream mixture.
- 5Stir until chocolate is dissolved. Then hand blend.
- 6Add citric acid to taste.
- 7Whip after chilling overnight.
