Directions
- 1Mix together about a third cup of water and your favorite Skittles color and flavor in a saucepan.
- 2Keep stirring on medium heat until all the Skittles are melted.
- 3Mix together about one and a half cups of heavy cream in a bowl until it thickens.
- 4Add in about a quarter can of condensed milk and your Skittles syrup.
- 5Pop this into the freezer until completely frozen.
