Directions
- 1Heat the milk in a pot over very low heat.
- 2Add vanilla and sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves. It is important that the milk does not boil.
- 3Add cocoa powder and chocolate, and stir until the chocolate melts. Stir for 4 minutes.
- 4Add the starch dissolved in cold milk and stir for 2 minutes until the milk thickens.

- 60 grams dark chocolate
- 1 tsp starch
