Directions
- 1Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the dish.
- 3Add a bag of frozen vegetables (peas and carrots are recommended).
- 4Season with Kinder's Roast Chicken Seasoning.
- 5Season with pepper.
- 6In a measuring cup, add two cups of milk and a box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, then whisk.
- 7Add the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix and whisk again.
- 8Pour the milk and biscuit mix mixture over the chicken and vegetables without mixing.
- 9In the same measuring cup, add two cups of chicken stock or broth and a can of cream of chicken soup, then whisk.
- 10Pour the chicken stock and soup mixture over everything in the baking dish without mixing.
- 11Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes.
- 12Let the cobbler sit for 10-15 minutes after baking before serving.
- 13Serve and enjoy.
