Directions
- 1Pour the yellow cake mix into a bowl.
- 2Add four large eggs to the cake mix.
- 3Add 3/4 cup of vegetable oil to the bowl.
- 4Mix the ingredients well.
- 5Add an 8-ounce container of sour cream.
- 6Add one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 7Add about half a cup of cookie butter to the batter and mix.
- 8Crumble 10 Biscoff cookies into a bag.
- 9Grease a Pyrex dish.
- 10Pour half of the batter into the greased Pyrex dish.
- 11Spread a thin layer of Biscoff crumbles over the batter.
- 12Mix one cup of light brown sugar and two teaspoons of cinnamon in a bowl.
- 13Sprinkle half of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top of the cookie crumbles.
- 14Pour the remaining batter over the brown sugar mixture.
- 15Make a few swirls in the batter with a knife.
- 16Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
- 17Prepare the icing by mixing two cups of powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of room temperature milk.
- 18Pour the icing over the warm cake.
- 19Cut the cake into squares.
- 20Serve and enjoy.
