Directions

- 5Add cinnamon on top of the brown sugar.
- 6Arrange sliced apples on top of the cinnamon.
- 7Cover the apples with a piece of puff pastry.
- 8Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk.
- 9Bake until golden brown.
- 10Flip the tart onto a plate using a spatula.
