Honey Mascarpone Peaches

Directions

  1. 1Brush the halved peaches with a little olive oil.

  3. 3Grill until the the sugar begins to caramelize and the peaches have grill marks.
  4. 4Mix together mascarpone, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  5. 5Remove the peaches from the grill and set aside for them to cool.
  6. 6Top with the mascarpone mixture and fresh thyme.
