Directions
- 1Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl.
- 2Add 1 package of Jello banana cream pudding to the bowl.
- 3Place the bowl on a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks form (about 1-2 minutes).
- 4Scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well combined.
- 5Add ½ can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 drop of vanilla extract.
- 6Gently fold everything together until well combined.
- 7Pour half of the mixture into an ice cream container or loaf pan.
- 8Top with a handful of crushed vanilla wafers.
- 9Add the other half of the banana ice cream base and mix lightly.
- 10Add more crushed vanilla wafers.
- 11Cover the container and freeze for a few hours.
