Directions
- 1Tear 10 doughnuts into small pieces and set aside.
- 2In a bowl, combine 2 cups of eggnog, apple pie spice, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Whisk in 2 eggs.
- 3Add more eggnog if needed to coat the doughnut pieces.
- 4Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 5Spread two cans of apple pie filling in the bottom of the dish.
- 6Layer the doughnut pieces over the pie filling.
- 7Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
- 8Let the dish stand for 10 minutes after baking.
