Directions

- 8Add the juice of half an orange to the sweet potato mixture.
- 9Add half a cup of Carnation milk.
- 10Add vanilla bean gel.
- 11Add a cup and a quarter of white sugar.
- 12Add a cup and a quarter of brown sugar.
- 13Add two tablespoons of sweet condensed milk.
- 14Add a pinch of nutmeg.
- 15Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
- 16Add one stick of melted unsalted butter.
- 17Blend all ingredients until well combined.
- 18Taste test the batter.
- 19Add two eggs.
- 20Mix again until well combined.
- 21Pour the mixture into pie crusts.
- 22Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes.
- 23Let the pie cool first, then refrigerate for at least overnight.
