Directions
- 1Heat up Veggie oil on stove.
- 2Mix together dry ingredients.
- 3Add in wet ingredients and mix together.
- 4Pour batter through funnel, into hot oil while moving the funnel in a circular motion.
- 5Fry in each side till golden brown (about 2 mins. each).
- 6Sprinkle with powdered sugar and any toppings and enjoy.

- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- Powdered Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5 c. Milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
