Peanut Butter Nutter Butter Cookies

Directions
- 1Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch.
- 2Set that bowl aside and cream together your butter and cream cheese.
- 3Add egg, vanilla extract and both sugars and whisk until smooth.
- 4Combine your dry ingredients into your wet with a spatula.
- 5Add peanut butter chips and crushed Nutter butters.
- 6Chill that dough for at least an hour.
- 7Make some big dough balls.
- 8Flatten mine on parchment paper and bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
- 9Melt some peanut butter and put a little bit on top of each cookie.
- 10Finish that off with a drizzle of peanut butter.

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
