Directions

- 3Add well-chilled heavy whipping cream
- 4Whip everything again until it reaches a creamy texture
- 5Add colorful chocolate chips
- 6Mix everything well so the chips are fully incorporated into the ice cream mixture
- 7Place the mixture into a glass dish
- 8Smooth out the surface and place in the freezer for about 4 hours, so it firms up well
- 9Scoop out a ball of ice cream and serve directly in a dessert glass
- 10Add strawberry syrup on top.
