Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes and dried oregano for Cajun seasoning.

Add Cajun seasoning generously onto salmon and shrimp.

Add Andouille sausage slices to a pan and cook until slightly crispy.

Add the seasoned salmon to the same pan and cook until nicely seared on both sides. Set aside to rest.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Set aside to rest.

Add garlic paste to the pan, then heavy cream. Bring to a low simmer.

Add more Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese to the cream sauce.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce, then add the cooked sausage and shrimp.
