Directions
- 1Melt butter in 20 second bursts in the microwave.
- 2Add both sugars and mix until combined.
- 3Add one egg yolk and vanilla and mix these in.
- 4Fold in the heat-treated flour.
- 5Add chocolate chips and fold through.
- 6Top with more chocolate chips.
- 7Microwave on medium (500W) for 40-50 seconds.
- 8Let it sit for about a minute.
- 9Serve warm.
