Directions
- 1Snip the vanilla pods and add them to a high-powered blender.
- 2Add 1/3 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of alcohol, and 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup to the blender.
- 3Blend until the liquid has a nice dark color (2–3 minutes).
- 4Add a quarter teaspoon of xanthan gum.
- 5Blend again.
