Directions
- 1Cut the butter into cubes.
- 2Add butter, sugars, and vanilla into the mixing bowl.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- 4Mix all the wet ingredients in the stand mixer.
- 5Add the egg and mix.
- 6Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until combined.
- 7Form the dough into a ball.
- 8Place the dough into a plastic bag and flatten.
- 9Roll the dough out and cut out Minecraft-shaped cookies using a cookie cutter.
- 10Place chocolate chips on the cookies.
- 11Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake.
