Directions
- 1Slice the pineapple into manageable pieces.
- 2Place the pineapple pieces in a pan.
- 3Add water to the pan until the pineapple is covered.
- 4Cover the pan and bring the water to a boil.
- 5Cook the pineapple until it's tender.
- 6Transfer the cooked pineapple to a blender.
- 7Pour the cooking liquid from the pan into the blender with the pineapple.
- 8Add coconut chunks to the blender.
- 9Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 10Pour the blended mixture through a strainer cloth into a bowl to separate the juice from the pulp.
- 11Squeeze the cloth to extract all the liquid.
- 12Add sugar to the juice and stir until dissolved.
- 13Pour the juice over ice into a glass.
