Directions
- 1Sift 120 grs of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and half teaspoon of salt into a bowl and then set aside.
- 2In another bowl, add 2 eggs, 150 grs of sugar, 110 grs of melted butter, 60 ml of rum, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and integrate.
- 3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and mix.
- 4Peel, core and slice the apples very thinly and add to the bowl.
- 5Incorporate the apples into our mix.
- 6Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter mold with baking paper at the base.
- 7Take it to an oven, preheated at 160°C for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- 8When that little stick comes out clean, the apple pie is ready.
- 9Remove, let cool at room temperature and unmold.
- 10Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- 11For the english cream: put 2 yolks in a bowl, add 15 grs of sugar and integrate well.
- 12In a saucepan put 150 ml of cream, bring to a boil and then pour over the yolk and sugar mixture, stirring energetically.
- 13Return to the pot filtering and cook until it reaches 82 degrees or a froth forms on top.
- 14Put it in a bowl with ice and cut the cooking.
- 15Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, integrate well and when it has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for several hours to take a good consistency.

- Azúcar impalpable

- 15 grs Azúcar blanca
- 150 ml Crema de leche
- 1 cucharadita Esencia de vainilla
