Directions
- 1In a pot, combine evaporated milk, 3 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp cornstarch. Mix well until the powder is dissolved.
- 2Stir over medium heat until smooth.
- 3Transfer the mixture into a glass baking dish and let it cool.
- 4In another pot, combine 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 1/2 cup of water, and 3 packs of Milo powder. Mix well until dissolved.
- 5Stir over medium heat until smooth.
- 6Once the first layer is cooled, pour the chocolate mixture on top.
- 7Sprinkle Milo powder on top.
- 8Chill or freeze for better taste.
