Directions
- 1Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 dish.
- 2Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the dish.
- 3Add a bag of frozen vegetables, such as peas and carrots.
- 4Season with Kinder's Roast Chicken Seasoning and pepper.
- 5In a measuring cup, add 2 cups of milk and a box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, including the seasoning packet.
- 6Whisk the milk and biscuit mix together.
- 7Pour the biscuit mix over the chicken and vegetables without mixing.
- 8In the same measuring cup, add 2 cups of chicken stock or broth and a can of cream of chicken soup.
- 9Whisk the chicken stock and soup together.
- 10Pour the chicken stock mixture over everything without mixing.
- 11Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes.
- 12Let it sit for about 10 or 15 minutes before serving.
- 13Serve and enjoy.

Tips
- You can season this up however you want. The rotisserie chicken is already seasoned.
- If you don't like peas and carrots, use whatever vegetables you like.
- You can use cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup instead of cream of chicken soup.
