- 4Add 1 tablespoon of milk powder to the crushed Oreos.
- 5Add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk to the mixture.
- 6Mix the ingredients together.
- 7Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it, place a small ball of the white Oreo cream in the center, and roll it into a ball.
- 8Roll the finished balls in milk powder to coat them.
