Directions
- 1Cut the butter into cubes
- 2Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat and stir constantly
- 3Pour the melted butter into a bowl
- 4Add chocolate chips, cocoa powder and oil.
- 5Add vinegar and red food coloring.
- 6Mix to combine.
- 7In a separate bowl, crack eggs and add light brown sugar.
- 8Whisk until combined.
- 9Add powdered sugar and mix to combine.
- 10Combine the egg mixture with the browned butter mixture and mix to combine.
- 11Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
- 12In a different bowl, add the cream cheese.
- 13Crack the egg and add to the bowl.
- 14Add sugar and cornstarch.
- 15Whisk until smooth.
- 16Grease and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- 17Transfer half of the brownie mixture to the prepared pan.
- 18Add the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie layer.
- 19Top with the remaining brownie batter and the reserved cream cheese mixture.
- 20Make swirls.
- 21Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is slightly fudgy.

- 0.75 cup all-purpose flour

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp gel red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sour cream, room temperature
- 1 large egg
