Directions
- 1Add 1 tbsp of softened salted butter to a mug.
- 2Microwave the butter in 20-second bursts until fully melted.
- 3Stir the melted butter until smooth.
- 4Add 1 tbsp of granulated sugar and 1 tbsp of brown sugar to the melted butter.
- 5Add 1 egg yolk.
- 6Add 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract.
- 7Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- 8Add 2 heaped tbsp of heat-treated plain flour to the mixture.
- 9Mix until combined, forming a cookie dough.
- 10Fold in chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
- 11Top with more chocolate chips.
- 12Microwave on medium power (500W) for 40-50 seconds.
