- 3In a separate bowl, add four cups of heavy whipping cream and half a cup of powdered sugar.
- 4Whip the cream until it reaches soft peaks.
- 5Fold about half of the whipped cream into the pudding mix, saving the rest for topping.
- 6Start layering the banana pudding by placing Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
- 7Add a layer of sliced bananas, using approximately two bananas per layer.
- 8Repeat layers with more cookies, pudding, and bananas.
- 9Once you reach the top, cover with the remaining whipped cream.
- 10Top with some crushed Biscoff cookies.
