Chocolate Covered Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites

Directions
- 1Mix together the yogurt and diced strawberries in a bowl.
- 2Add dollops of the mixture to a tray lined with parchment paper.
- 3Place in the freezer until frozen.
- 4Dip frozen bites in melted chocolate.
- 5Drizzle with a little more chocolate.
- 6Place back in the freezer until the chocolate is hardened.
- 7Let them sit out and soften for a little bit before eating.

- 0.5 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1.5 cups diced strawberries
- 6 oz dark chocolate

Tips
- Let the bites sit out of the freezer for 10-15 minutes before eating so the yogurt filling is a little more thawed.
- Add 1-2 tsp coconut oil to the chocolate to help thin it out
