Directions
- 1Crush four cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in a food processor.
- 2In a bowl, combine the crushed cereal with melted butter until well combined.
- 3Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- 4Mix together 16 ounces of cream cheese, half a cup of sugar, and two eggs in a mixing bowl.
- 5Add a quarter cup of sour cream and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture, and set it aside.
- 6Add Betty Crocker's coffee cake mix to another bowl with four eggs and mix until well combined.
- 7Add vanilla pudding and half a cup of oil to the coffee cake batter.
- 8Add the cinnamon toast crunch coffee creamer.
- 9Once the crust has cooled, add the cheesecake batter to the crust.
- 10Add the coffee cake batter on top and swirl it together using a toothpick.
- 11Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- 12Make a glaze with powdered sugar and the coffee creamer.
- 13Spread the glaze on top of the cooled cheesecake bars and add cinnamon dust for a good finish.
