Directions
- 1Turn burner onto medium-high heat.
- 2Grease skillet with butter and add cookie dough.
- 3Add skillet to griddle and cover with a dome or close hood to circulate heat.
- 4Bake for 40 minutes until the middle of the cookie is half baked and the outer layer is a crispy golden brown.
- 5Remove cookie skillets from griddle.
- 6On low, melt Heavy Whipping Cream and Chocolate Chips.
- 7Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, drizzle with chocolate and Enjoy!
