- 10Taste the dough to ensure it's amazing.
- 11In a separate bowl, combine 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
- 12Mix the sugar and cinnamon together with a fork.
- 13Scoop the cookie dough using a large ice cream scoop and drop it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 14Roll the dough in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 15Place the rolled cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking pan.
- 16Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 to 10 minutes.
- 17Cool for 20 minutes on the pan then serve.
