Directions
- 1Add butter to a bowl.
- 2Add white sugar to the bowl with butter.
- 3Mix the butter and sugar until combined.
- 4Add one egg to the mixture.
- 5Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 6Add flour to the mixture.
- 7Add 1/2 tsp baking soda to the mixture.
- 8Mix the ingredients until a dough forms.
- 9Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the dough.
- 10Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
- 11Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- 12Arrange Graham crackers at the bottom of the baking pan.
- 13Scoop dollops of cookie dough over the Graham crackers.
- 14Add 1 cup of marshmallows on top of the cookie dough.
- 15Add more chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
- 16Scoop more cookie dough on top of the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- 17Flatten the cookie dough layer with a spatula.
- 18Bake the cookie bars.
- 19Cut the hot cocoa s'mores cookie bars into servings.
