Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a pan.
- 2Add diced onion and kosher salt.
- 3Drain the fat from the pan.
- 4Add Worcestershire sauce and let it cook for a minute or two.
- 5Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.
- 6In a mixing bowl, crack two eggs.
- 7Add buttermilk and melted butter.
- 8Whisk until combined.
- 9Add flour and baking powder.
- 10Whisk until smooth.
- 11Pour the mixture on top of the meat in the pie pan.
- 12Grate cheddar cheese on top.
- 13Throw this in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
- 14Cut a piece and get it on a plate.
- 15Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
- 16Add a pickle slice.
