Directions
- 1Cut butter into cubes.
- 2Mix the brown sugar and the butter.
- 3In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- 4Add the egg to the butter and brown sugar mix.
- 5Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
- 6Put the dough in a ziploc bag and flatten.
- 7Roll out the dough.
- 8Cut out the cookies using cookie cutters.
- 9Place chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
- 10Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
