- 3Once baked, use a tablespoon measuring spoon to indent the middle of each cookie, creating a larger area for the filling.
- 4Transfer the no-bake cheesecake filling into a sandwich bag (or piping bag) and pipe it into each cookie cup.
- 5Spoon your favorite pie filling on top of the cheesecake filling.
- 6Refrigerate until ready to serve.
