Directions
- 1Beat the eggs together with the sugar until it is quite foamy.
- 2Melt the semi-bitter chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan.
- 3Let it cool a little and add it to the egg and sugar mixture.
- 4Integrate and finally add the dry ingredients, sift the flour, bitter cocoa and a teaspoon of baking powder.
- 5Integrate everything well until it looks like the video and then take the mixture to the refrigerator for a while until you can form balls.
- 6Pass the balls to a greased plate.
- 7Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
