Directions
- 1Melt two sticks of unsalted butter.
- 2Add four eggs to the mixer.
- 3Add two cups of sugar to the mixer.
- 4Mix the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
- 5Sift together half a cup of flour and three-quarter cup of cocoa powder into a separate bowl.
- 6Add vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) to the cocoa and flour mixture.
- 7Add cooled espresso to the mixture, about a couple of tablespoons.
- 8Add the melted butter to the mixture.
- 9Mix until well combined.
- 10Scrape the sides of the mixer bowl and give it another stir.
- 11Butter an 8.5-inch round dish.
- 12Pour the brownie batter into the buttered dish.
- 13Place the round dish into a larger baking pan.
- 14Fill the larger dish halfway up with the hottest water from your tap to create a water bath.
- 15Bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
- 16Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Tips
- Use a paddle attachment if you have one.
