Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix sugar powder and melted butter.
- 2Add vanilla sugar and mix.
- 3Beat with hand mixer.
- 4Add eggs and mix.
- 5Add flour and mix.
- 6Divide the dough into two parts.
- 7Add cocoa powder to one part and mix.
- 8Cover the doughs with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- 9Roll both doughs into long strips.
- 10Cut the strips into small pieces and assemble them to form the cookies.
- 11Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
