Directions
- 1Salt boiling water and add basil to blanch for 20-30 seconds.
- 2Transfer basil to an ice bath to cool.
- 3Squeeze out excess liquid from the blanched basil.
- 4Transfer basil to a blender along with avocado oil.
- 5Blend for about 3 minutes until super bright green.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a coffee filter lined metal sieve and let it drain for 2-3 hours.
