Directions
- 1Cream together butter and sugar for 3 minutes.
- 2Add 1 large egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 3Add dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- 4Mix and chill for 30 minutes.
- 5Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
- 6Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter or template.
- 7Add chocolate cubes on top of the cookies.
- 8Pop in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- 9Bake at 350°F for 13 minutes.

- 1 chocolate cubes (70% dark)
