- 7Near the end of the 90 minutes, take a can of caramel apple pie filling and add it to a cutting board.
- 8Chop up the apples into bite-sized pieces.
- 9At the 90-minute mark, open the smoker and pile the chopped apples right on top of your cream cheese.
- 10Let it cook for about 30 more minutes to warm up the apples.
- 11For the icing, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a little bit of milk in a bowl.
- 12Whisk the icing ingredients together until you get the desired consistency.
- 13Cover your cream cheese with a drizzle of icing.
- 14Follow it up with a drizzle of caramel as well.
- 15Serve this with some cinnamon graham crackers.
