Directions
- 1Crush and peel garlic.

- 5Mix with a stand mixer until the cream is fluffy.
- 6Separate the buttermilk from the butter.
- 7Ice bath the butter so that you can get rid of every little bit of buttermilk.
- 8Crush the confit through a sieve and add to the butter.
- 9Add some ocean to the potion.
- 10Mix.
- 11Wrap the butter.
