Directions
- 1Melt the butter in the microwave.
- 2Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk to the melted butter.
- 3Whisk the mixture together.
- 4Add all-purpose flour and whisk again, but not fully incorporate it yet.
- 5Add chocolate chips to the mixture.
- 6Cook in the microwave for one minute, pausing halfway through.
- 7Add a few more chocolate chips on top of the cooked cookie.
- 8Let the cookie cool slightly before tasting.
