Directions
- 1Roll out one refrigerated pizza crust onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- 2Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce on it, leaving a little space at the edges.
- 3Top with a layer of sliced deli ham.
- 4Add 1 cup of freshly grated mozzarella.
- 5Place a layer of Genoa salami.
- 6Add another cup of freshly grated mozzarella.
- 7Put a layer of pepperoni.
- 8Top with one more cup of freshly grated mozzarella.
- 9Sprinkle on some Italian seasoning.
- 10Carefully roll it up, using the parchment paper to help.
- 11Pull the end up and fold it over when you get to the other side.
- 12Pinch all the seams together.
- 13Flip it over so the seam is face side down.
- 14Brush on 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- 15Sprinkle with garlic powder.
- 16Sprinkle with dried parsley.
- 17Cut a few slits in the top.
- 18Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes or until the crust is crispy and golden.
- 19Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then slice it up.
- 20Serve with more pizza sauce for dipping.
