Directions
- 1Put instant pot on Saute mode on HIGH and add oil, allow to heat up
- 2Add chicken and saute for one minute
- 3Add 1/2 of one shan butter chicken masala packet
- 4Add tomato paste and saute for 1 min
- 5Add heavy cream and stir
- 6Add lid and switch instant pot to pressure cook (manual on some models) mode on HIGH for 10 minutes
- 7Quick release the pressure
- 8Top with kasoori methi
