Directions
- 1Whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar until fully combined.
- 2Add one egg and vanilla and whisk these in.
- 3Add plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold these in.
- 4Fold in your chocolate chips.
- 5Scoop out about a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball.
- 6Place on a cookie sheet.
- 7Bake in the oven for around 5 minutes.
- 8Let them cool slightly.
