In a small bowl, thoroughly mash the berries with a fork.

Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup, then let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chia to swell and thicken.

Spoon 2-tablespoon-sized circles of the berry mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper.

Transfer them to the freezer for 1 - 2 hours until they are completely firm and solid.

Drop each frozen berry disc into the yoghurt.

Use a spoon to coat them entirely so you get a thick, even outer layer.

Place the coated bites back onto the parchment paper tray.

Freeze for another 30 minutes until the yoghurt shell is perfectly frozen and set.
