Directions
- 1In a jar, add ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup buttermilk, and ¼ cup sour cream.
- 2Add the zest of ½ a lemon.
- 3Add the juice of ½ a lemon.
- 4Add 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 tbsp dill, 1 tsp chives, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp cayenne, and ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes.
- 5Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6Shake well and check the consistency. Add more buttermilk if needed.
- 7Refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
