Directions
- 1In a bowl, sift together flour, light brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
- 2Add molasses.
- 3In another bowl, mix milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter.
- 4Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
- 5Pour batter into a piping bag, then pipe the batter into greased donut molds.
- 6Bake at 180c Fan for 12 mins.
- 7Once baked, turn out the donuts and their respective holes.
- 8In a bowl, mix icing sugar with a spoon of milk until thick.
- 9Add pink gel food color and mix until desired color is achieved.
- 10Dip donuts in icing and place on baking paper.
- 11Add sprinkles.
- 12Place the smaller donuts into the holes of the bigger ones.
